As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents.

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This includes:

Managing the overall administration of the facility, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Supervising and coordinating the activities of various departments, including nursing, rehabilitation, social services, and activities

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

Providing administrative support to the facility's Director and other senior staff members
