POS Warehouse Operator/Forklift

Potential Temp to Perm - starting salary will be $20.00 pay rate - if this goes perm

Will do phone interview first, then an in person.

Position will start at 4800 Poth Rd, Columbus, OH 43213

Monday-Friday Position - 7:30am-4pm w/ 30 minute lunch break (Some flexibility for 8hr workday)

Oversees all Point Of Sale (POS) for 4 divisions and interacts with all sales personnel.

Forklift Certification is a plus.

Ability to adapt to situations and think on the fly.

Will be issued a Solicitors Permit from State of Ohio to use Company Van to pick up liquor samples occasionally (every 3 months) in Obetz, Ohio.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Description:

Responsible for distributing and warehousing all POS material. Loads/unloads POS products shipped in from suppliers for shipment and storage. Breakdown pallets of POS and place in their designated locations. Fills orders placed by sales force for pick-up and depot shipments. Maintain accurate inventory of all incoming/outgoing POS. Maintains a clean and organized POS warehouse with accurate POS location codes. Perform basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse. Adhere to all safety procedures/standards within the course of performing job duties. Performs other related duties as requested by Manager. Report to work daily and adhere to Southern's time and attendance policy. Foot Protection is required for this position. Closed-toe shoes or preferably, steel-toe boots are required.
