Here’s What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting preferred
Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned.
You’ll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to the client sessions
Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
Position Requirements
Stay active throughout the day by sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, and frequently transitioning between floor and standing during therapy sessions.
Bring energy, patience, and professionalism while actively engaging with children, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring client safety by responding calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors.
Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs. (as required by assigned cases), complete documentation using electronic devices, and travel reliably between assigned client locations.
