As a Manager at Cold Stone Creamery you will:

For more than 50 years Cold Stone Creamery has served up the finest, freshest hand-crafted Ice Cream using only the highest quality ingredients and need a Store Manager to maintain and grow this great brand at our location in Columbus OH.

We are looking to hire a Store Manager that along with crew members will ensure a positive company image and maintain the day to day operations of a healthy franchise establishment.

Responsibilities:

Training, developing all staff

Enforcing policies and procedures

Maximizing sales

Managing expenses

Inventory and labor control

Staff Scheduling

Develop and execute local store marketing programs

Catering, fundraising expansion and growth opportunities

Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment

Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance [(up to 30 lbs frequent, up to 40 lbs occasional)]

Work 40-45 hours per week

Work and report directly to the Owners and or Operations Manager and team

Qualifications:

Specialize in decorating standard cakes as well as construct custom designs upon request

Provide premier customer service

Possess and maintain a positive attitude

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Possess the ability to work independently

Must be able to meet deadlines

Able to work weekends and holidays

Must have Manager Food Handler’s Certification

2 years previous restaurant management experience preferred

Prior Ice Cream or Cold Stone Experience is a plus!
