Electrical Foreman - Traveling Crew - $50-56/hr + Food + Paid Travel

Electric Ranch LLC (Cleveland, OH) is hiring a working foreman to run a traveling electrical crew (4-8 journeymen). Open shop. Long-term spot, not a one-job call. Candidates do not need to live in Ohio - this is a traveling crew with national work.

We specialize in commercial new construction, office-to-apartment conversions, and nursing home to vent unit work.

PAY AND PACKAGE:

- $50-56/hr depending on experience

- $50/day for food

- Travel paid for

- Hours: 8/day Monday-Friday, occasional overtime up to 12/day

- Rotation: 6 weeks on, 1 week home

THE JOB:

- Lead the crew in the field: lay out work, read prints, keep the men productive, handle QC and coordination with the GC

- Commercial new construction and conversions - jobs travel nationwide, home base Cleveland

- You're working alongside the crew, not just pointing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Journeyman-level electrician with real foreman experience running a crew

- Knows how to travel and keeps a crew together on the road

- Bring your hands: if you've got 2-3 journeymen you've worked with who'd come with you, we're hiring journeymen too - you can bring your own crew
