Job Title: Bridge Practice Leader (AASHTO LRFD)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits

Eligibility: W2 only – Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

AASHTO = American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials

LRFD = Load and Resistance Factor Design

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of Bridge Engineering experience

• PE License required

• Strong AASHTO LRFD expertise

• State DOT / Transportation Infrastructure experience

• Bridge Design & Rehabilitation

• Structural Analysis & Project Leadership

• Business Development & Client Management

• Team Building, Mentoring & QA/QC

• Proposal Development & Project Delivery

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering

Preferred: Advanced Degree / SE Credential
