UIPath RPABOT Developer/ Automation Engineer

RPA DeveloperDesign, build, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA workflows using UiPath Platform.Analyze existing business processes, document workflows, and translate business process requirements into technical specifications and automation logic.Build reusable automation components and support development of advanced and moderately complex RPA solutions.Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation data operations.Support testing, perform root-cause analysis, break-fix activities, and continuous improvement of automations.Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, and system integrations.Communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders promptly.Develop and maintain SharePoint online solutions using MS Power Platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, risk, timelines, and delivery milestones.Apply Agile methodologies to manage backlog, prioritize work, and deliver iterative improvements.Establish automation standards for documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and governance.
