Sterling Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, caring RN Unit Manager to join the team! Sterling is a beautiful nursing facility with warm and friendly staff that provides excellent care to our residents!

Sterling Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 164 bed long term care facility located in Media, PA.

We are currently seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager with experience working on the acute and long term care unit.

The ideal candidate is someone with the qualifications that can lead the team of Nurses and CNA's in providing excellent resident care.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:

Current registered nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing to practice nursing.

Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.

Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.

Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.

Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.

Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.

Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
