Must-have requirements for Picker/Packer

Experience working in a warehouse and distribution work environment

Must be 18 years of age or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift

Basic math, reading, and digital scanner skills

Role for Picker/Packer

Locate, select, and pick customer orders from warehouse racks using handheld RF scanners

Inspect merchandise and securely package items into boxes or shipping containers

Apply shipping tags and barcodes while stacking pallets for outbound freight

Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and check for damaged goods
