We are currently hiring Direct Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality personal care and companionship.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting.

Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation or recreation.

Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional state.

Follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Must have reliable transportation and a working car.

Ability to commit to full-time hours.

Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements.

Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and compassion.
