Office Location: 103 N. 4thSt. Guthrie Center, IA 50115

Coverage area: Travel required throughout the Guthrie Center area

Schedule: PRN F2F Visits

As a Nurse Practitioner You will:

Provide compassionate medical care and symptom management

Perform assessments, order/ interpret diagnostic tests, and develop care plans

Prescribe medications, manage treatments, and coordinate hospice services

Conduct and document face-to-face visits for eligibility and recertification
