About the Role:

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction of our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in creating a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff

Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met

Training and developing housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards

Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a housekeeping leadership role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
