Are you passionate about water safety and love working with children and families? Join the Ocean Community YMCA as a Swim Instructor and help build confidence and lifesaving skills in our community! Openings now available at the Naik Family Branch located in beautiful Mystic, CT.

What You’ll Do:

Teach swim lessons to children and adults of all skill levels

Promote water safety and YMCA core values

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants

What We’re Looking For:

Strong swimming skills and a desire to teach

Prior instruction or lifeguarding experience preferred

YMCA Swim Instructor, Red Cross WSI, or equivalent certifications a plus (training available)
