As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team.

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities include:

Inspecting precision components to verify conformance with specifications

Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and traceability

Recording inspection results and maintaining detailed quality records

Collaborating with the Quality team to uphold strict standards

Following safety protocols and maintaining an organized workspace

Required Skills & Experience

Inspection Planning & Execution: Ability to interpret blueprints and select appropriate metrology equipment and methods

Manual Inspection Tools: Proficient with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and bore gauges

Mathematical Skills: Strong shop math capabilities for calculating dimensions and tolerances

Attention to Detail: Committed to accuracy, instruction-following, and maintaining traceability

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience with CMM software such as PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso

Working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards

Background in AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems

Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA)

Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI)

Understanding of CMM setup, operation, and calibration fundamentals
