Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of our senior living community in McComb, Mississippi.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development

Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals

Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members

Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners

Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement

Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience

Proven track record of operational and financial management success

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living

Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
