Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health history and current concerns, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to coordinate care and discuss complex cases for holistic treatment approaches.

Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in mental health.

Uphold ethical guidelines and ensure client confidentiality, addressing any risks and safety concerns proactively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPCC in this role will provide vital support to a diverse clientele, which includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional disturbances. The ability to work with varied demographics allows for a deeper understanding of mental health across cultural contexts and contributes meaningfully to community wellness.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

Possession of a valid and active LPCC license in California is mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, showcasing strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Excellent interpersonal communication abilities, combined with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

Strong competency in digital communication tools and teletherapy platforms, ensuring effective delivery of care.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, with consideration for experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
