Schedule Management Lead supports the planning, coordination, monitoring, and governance of the integrated program schedule across all workstreams. The role ensures that project timelines are realistic, dependencies are managed, progress is accurately tracked, and leadership has visibility into schedule-related risks and impacts.

Responsibilities:

Lead of schedule management team as part of program PMO team. Scope of role inclusive of Client contractual commitments, other Vendor, and client commitments.

Track and monitor key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path activities in the workplan

Maintain and govern the Integrated Project Plan (IPP) across all project workstreams.

Produce weekly and monthly schedule status reports including executive-level milestone and critical path reporting with client leadership and PMs

Support stage-gate and phase-exit readiness reviews.

Maintain schedule baselines and version control; Support Change Control Board (CCB) reviews with schedule impact assessments. Ensure approved changes are incorporated into the project schedule.

Partner with workstream leads to collect, validate, and incorporate schedule updates into Integrated Project Plan (IPP) through weekly refreshes; Provide schedule health insight and risks.

Collaborate with Jira Administration team to align on Jira Space structure to align with Integrated Project Plan

Facilitate project plan development workshops to map out detailed dependencies, align project timeline, and resource requirement.

Using defined Work Break Down (WBS) structure, facilitate schedule planning and sequencing to align deliverables and key outputs to milestones and progress markers per phase.

Provide structure to collect team inputs for deliverable schedule per phase. Align into IPP and identify schedule conflicts

Provide input on program status templates and meetings in alignment with Integrated Project Plan

Quarterly refresh of client Capacity Management plan; Provide insights on capacity utilization through weekly program status.

Schedule reporting and dashboard tools

Data reconciliation and schedule analytics
