(Remote) Benefits Enrollment Agent - No Experience

One Agency is growing and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our virtual team.

This opportunity is centered around working directly with individuals and families to help them better understand the benefit programs available to them. You'll provide information, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and build relationships with clients who may continue working with you over time.

The position is fully remote, with training and continued mentorship provided throughout your development.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Your work will primarily consist of scheduled phone and video consultations with new and existing clients.

During these conversations, you'll learn about each client's circumstances and priorities, walk them through available programs, and help make the enrollment process straightforward and easy to understand.

You'll also serve as an ongoing point of contact for existing clients who require assistance, updates, or future benefit reviews.

Day-to-day activities include:

Hosting scheduled virtual consultations with clients

Asking questions to understand individual and family needs

Reviewing available benefit programs and coverage options

Providing clear explanations and answering client questions

Helping clients determine which available options may fit their situation

Completing applications and assisting throughout enrollment

Following up with clients after appointments

Conducting benefit reviews for existing clients

Assisting with updates and ongoing service needs

Maintaining accurate digital records and client information

Participating in online training, coaching, and team sessions

Working toward personal and team performance objectives

Who Can Succeed in This Position?

Previous industry experience isn't necessary. We're looking for individuals who are willing to learn, communicate well, and take responsibility for their own development.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, benefits, business development, or another client-facing environment can be helpful but is not required.
