Production Assembly Job Description

Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:10pm

Overtime 7:30am – 5:10pm

Break – 2 – 10min

Lunch – 40min

Pay Rate = $15.00/HR

1) Perform daily production, following published work instructions, and meet daily and weekly goals.

2) Maintain good work habits to ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe and clean work environment.

3) Follow all company rules, directives, and management instructions.

Must be able to stand in one spot 8 hours a day.

Must be able to take direction.

Have good attendance.

Be able to move at a fast pace.

Must have good hand eye coordination.

Must be able to work well with others.

Must be able to work overtime if needed.

Have basic computer skills.

Be able to multi-task.

Able to adapt to changes.

Previous assembly line experience helpful but not necessarily.

Must meet process tact times and daily production goals.
