What You’ll Do:

Perform physical exams and diagnostic screenings.

Interpret imaging and test results to create personalized treatment plans.

Manage pain medications and orders.

Maintain timely, accurate digital patient records.

What You Need:

NJ Nurse Practitioner License.

DEA license for controlled substances.

A background in SNF rounding or Pain Management (preferred).
