Pilates Studio Manager

Position: Pilates Studio Manager

Wage: CAD$40.00 per hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings and weekends)

Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Pilates studio and its fitness programs and services.

• Provide professional advice on Pilates and fitness programming, studio operations and client service matters.

• Prepare budget estimates.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective operation of the studio.

• Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate Pilates instructors and other studio staff.

• Organize and administer Pilates training, coaching and professional development programs for instructors.

• Develop long-range operational plans, monitor the performance of studio programs and services

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required

• 3 years of experience in an occupation related to recreation and sports administration, consulting or programming is required.

• A university degree in recreology, physical education, sports administration or a related field or a college diploma in recreation management or sports administration is an asset

• Language at work: English
