What You’ll Do

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you’ll work on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the support of an experienced team behind you.

Responsibilities include:

Installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems

Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections

Troubleshooting equipment efficiently and providing lasting solutions

Ensuring all work meets local codes and company quality standards

Assisting with remodeling, system replacement, and upgrade projects

Communicating professionally with customers and clearly explaining repairs and recommendations

Delivering outstanding service while treating customers and teammates with honesty, respect, and professionalism

Supporting and guiding other technicians when needed
