JTS Painting & Renovations LLC is looking for a skilled Residential Remodeling Contractor to join our growing team in Wentzville, MO! Responsibilities:

Perform residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and living spaces

Execute interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and finishing work to professional standards

Install flooring, drywall, trim, doors, and other renovation components as needed

Collaborate with homeowners and project leads to ensure work meets design specifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout all phases of the project

Identify and communicate any structural or material issues discovered during renovation

Manage tools, materials, and supplies efficiently to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential remodeling, renovation, or general contracting

Proficiency in painting, drywall, carpentry, or other remodeling trades

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or project plans

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in and around Wentzville, MO

Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor

Relevant licenses or certifications preferred but not required for all positions
