Carpenter – Rough Framing, Cabinetry Install, Trim Carpentry (5+ Years Experience)
Timber Industries is seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail driven Carpenter to join our residential and commercial construction team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands on experience in rough framing, cabinetry installation, and finish/trim carpentry, who takes pride in high quality craftsmanship and consistent execution.
Position Overview
You’ll work alongside our in house crew to install cabinetry, build and set millwork, complete framing tasks, and execute clean, accurate trim work. We’re looking for someone who understands jobsite flow, communicates well, and can deliver Timber level quality on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Perform rough framing for walls, ceilings, blocking, and structural components
Install cabinetry, casework, and millwork with precision and alignment
Complete trim carpentry, including base, casing, crown, paneling, and specialty details
Read and interpret construction drawings, elevations, and shop drawings
Work efficiently within established timelines and sequencing
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
Troubleshoot field conditions and provide practical solutions
Protect finished surfaces and ensure high end quality control throughout installation
Qualifications
5+ years of carpentry experience (framing, cabinetry, and trim required)
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction
Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and follow detailed layouts
Proficiency with carpentry tools, installation hardware, and jobsite equipment
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on active construction sites
Professional attitude, punctuality, and strong communication skills
Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Door and hardware installation
Experience working in occupied or high end environments
