Entry-Level Sales Representative

Imperium Elite — Columbus, OH

Full-Time In-Person Paid Training

Imperium Elite is looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our Columbus team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, setting goals, and being rewarded based on performance.

In this role, you’ll represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face B2B sales, working directly with local businesses throughout an assigned territory. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid initial training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers

Present telecommunications products and service options

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Build professional relationships with local businesses

Prospect for new customers within an assigned territory

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Compensation & Training

Paid initial training

100% commission-based after training

Representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week in commissions

Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed

Weekly pay and performance-based incentives

Ongoing coaching and professional development
