You'll work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and scale AI-powered remediation capabilities, while continuing to strengthen your depth in distributed systems, cloud engineering, and production-grade software development.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBuild agentic featuresPartner with senior engineers to design and ship AI-powered remediation capabilities, including: agent workflows, retrieval pipelines, evaluation loopsWrite production code dailyDevelop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and AI integrations running on AWSOwn the full lifecycle: from design doc to production release—instrumented, monitored, and continuously improved based on real usage and feedbackBring fresh technical perspectiveApply up-to-date knowledge of models, frameworks, and techniques to influence architecture and implementation decisionsGrow through mentorship and ownershipWork directly with experienced engineers who will challenge your technical depth and support increasing ownership over timeRequired Qualifications4+ years of professional software engineering experienceYou've shipped real production features and understand reliability, maintainability, and operational qualityDemonstrated curiosity in AI/agentic systemsYou've built with LLMs or agents (work project, side project, hackathon, or personal experiment)Strong software engineering fundamentalsSolid understanding of: distributed systems basics, API design and integration, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), code quality, and system design principlesCompetenciesClient CentricityPassion for ResultsExecution ExcellenceCollaborative WorkingLearning AgilityProblem Solving & Decision MakingEffective CommunicationMandatory SkillsAI for Product Software Engineering.

Experience: 3-5 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
