Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time and Full-time Opportunities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Edgewood Manor of Wellston, a family-oriented skilled nursing facility in Wellston, Ohio. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital signs

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio

High school diploma or equivalent required

0 years of experience as an LPN, new graduates encouraged to apply!

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
