Job Summary & Essential Functions
Support the testing and inspection of electronic and electromechanical assemblies under guidance, following established documentation and quality standards. Assist in identifying basic issues and ensure accurate recording of test activities.
Perform basic, repetitive testing tasks using simple test equipment such as digital multimeters and test fixtures under supervision
Follow written work instructions, test procedures, and checklists to complete assigned testing steps
Record test results and observations accurately on paper or electronic forms
Identify and report obvious defects or irregularities to technicians or supervisors
Upon receipt of part, program micro-chips to customer specifications
Assist with maintaining compliance to customer specifications, ISO standards, and internal quality procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with ESD and safety requirements
Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Basic awareness of electronic components and assemblies
Ability to use simple hand tools and basic electronic test equipment with training
Ability to read basic measurements from tools and instruments
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow job orders, process sheets, and simple drawings
Willingness to learn troubleshooting concepts and testing techniques
Basic computer skills; ability to enter data into forms or spreadsheets

Required Experience & Education
High school diploma or GED required
No prior electronics testing experience required; on-the-job training provided
