Location: The Caramel Tree – Rigby, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible around school schedules
Hours: Part-time, typically a few hours per week
At The Caramel Tree, we make and package small-batch caramel products that are sold through our retail store, online, and to wholesale customers across the country.
We’re looking for a dependable part-time team member to help package our caramel bags and assist with other simple production and packaging tasks. This is a great job for a high school student or someone looking for a few flexible hours each week.
Job Overview
Most of your time will be spent helping us get finished products packaged and ready to sell.
Typical tasks include:
Filling and packaging bags of caramel
Weighing products to make sure each package is correct
Sealing bags and applying labels
Assembling boxes and other packaging
Packing finished products into cases
Preparing packaging materials for production
Keeping your work area clean and organized
Helping with other simple production tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements
