The Office Admin in the construction industry plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience with software program, Quickbooks
Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or certification in office administration or related field.
Experience working in the construction industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with construction management software or ERP systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Bilingual abilities to support diverse teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry related to project documentation, employee records, and procurement details.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies to support daily activities.
Support the finance department by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with payroll documentation.
