Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement!

Shifts Available

Day Shift: 7:30am – 7:45pm

Night Shift: 7:30pm - 7:45am

12-hour rotating schedules - Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend!

Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.

This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

Pay & Benefits

Starting Hourly Wage: Day Shift $18.15 / Night Shift $19:03

What You'll Do

Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently

Inspect and package plastic parts

Perform basic measurements and quality checks

Follow standard operating procedures

Document production output and quality checks

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining regular attendance

Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 30 pounds

Available to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Basic reading, math and measurement skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we provide training
