Pay rate: $70/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide speech and language therapy services to incarcerated students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify students' educational and therapeutic needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, goals, and outcomes.

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and other professionals to support students' academic success.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding speech and language services.

Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with applicable educational, professional, and facility policies and regulations.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and compliance with applicable state requirements.

Experience assessing and treating speech, language, communication, and related educational needs in school-age students.

Knowledge of IEP requirements, special education practices, and evidence-based speech and language therapy techniques.

Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a secure or correctional education environment.
