BIM Engineer in the Netherlands

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Engineer to join our engineering and project delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing intelligent 3D digital models for complex construction and infrastructure projects. You will act as the technical bridge between design teams, structural/MEP consultants, and on-site contractors to ensure seamless multi-discipline coordination, clash resolution, and adherence to international BIM standards.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years hands-on BIM modelling & coordination (AEC sector)

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit & Navisworks Manage

• Knowledge of CDEs (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Trimble Connect)

• National Diploma or BDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

• Must be fluent in Afrikaans (easy transition to learning Dutch)
