Job Description*:

· Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAS programs (Base SAS, SAS Macros) for redress and remediation processing.

· Understanding of ETL solutions, including mappings, workflows, performance tuning, and error handling.

· Drive data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation using SAS, Informatica, and SQL.

· Design and review reconciliation frameworks to ensure end-to-end data integrity across systems.

· Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis and preventive solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAS Development (Base SAS, SAS Macros).

· Strong expertise in SQL including complex joins, performance tuning, and validations.

· Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter or similar Informatica ETL tools.

· Good understanding of ETL architecture, batch processing, and data reconciliation.

· Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
