Job Description*:

SuccessFactors consultant (Compensation and ONB).

Configuration of Route Maps Configuration of Rating Scale Configuration Knowledge in XML Work with Launch forms, route forms Form configuration settings and design

Experience in understanding Obj Comp and PerformancePotential and accordingly should configure also.

Configuring SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM Functions to meet client needs.

Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from Functional Business users.

Conduct workshops for the customer if required.2. Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit user requirements3. Should have good Communication skills
