Job Title: Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including architectural layouts, structural designs, and schematics for building systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical installations.

Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the execution of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.

Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate a technical team focused on finishing works.

Ensure all structural elements are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations.

Oversee and supervise the installation of specialized façade systems, including aluminum, Alucobond, and glass work, as well as the finishing of doors, windows, and partitions.

Relevant work experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a significant advantage.

3- 5 years of progressive work experience in building construction and finishing projects, particularly with high-rise structures.

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design (CAD) applications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively.
