Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee building projects from pre-construction through completion. The PM will manage estimating, scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, field teams, safety, quality, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Prepare and review estimates, takeoffs, pricing, and bid packages.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and costs.

Coordinate subcontractors, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field personnel.

Manage change orders, claims, contracts, and project documentation.

Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Mentor and lead project teams and resolve project issues.

Ensure timely project closeout.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

10+ years of construction experience in project management, estimating, and supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.

Experience with construction estimating software.

Previous Foreman and/or Superintendent experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regionally as needed.
