Overview

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Dermatologist in the Greater Austin, TX area to help launch and grow a new dermatology service line within a mission-driven, well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This is a bread-and-butter general dermatology position offering a highly desirable outpatient-only, weekday schedule with no call and no weekends .

Practice Highlights

100% Outpatient Dermatology

Monday - Friday schedule

No call, no weekends

Up to 24 patients per day (20-minute visit slots)

3 exam rooms per provider + private office

Focus on medical/general dermatology (rashes, chronic skin conditions)

Basic in-office procedures (biopsies, etc.)

Procedures scheduled separately (not same-day)

Fully supported environment:

Dedicated RN, MA, front desk, and clinic operations staff

EMR: Athena

Opportunity to help build a dermatology program from the ground up Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary: $381,000 - $474,000 (based on experience)

Guaranteed for 12-18 months

Production incentive model available

Sign-on bonus (details discussed during interview)

Relocation assistance up to $10,000

BE/BC in Dermatology

Open to experienced physicians and select new graduates

2-3 years of experience preferred
