CDL-A Maxi Flatbed Driver Home Weekends Top-Tier Equipment PNW

If you take pride in what you drive and value your time at home, we want to talk to you. We run our 53' flatbeds through the Pacific Northwest - ID, WA, OR, and UT.

The Perks & Equipment

- The Ride: Take the wheel of a well-maintained, beautiful 389 Flattop or Standup Peterbilt.

- The Gear: Pulling newer Maxi Flatbed trailers.

- Home Time: Weekend time at home, with additional time off available upon request.

Compensation Package:

We pay for every mile driven. With our bonus structure, high-performers see significant earnings.

- Base Pay (DOE): Starting at $.57 CPM (All miles)

- Performance Bonus: +$.04 CPM

- Mileage Bonus: +$.03 CPM

- Accessorials: $70 Tarp Pay $25 Extra Drops

Benefits:

-1 week paid vacation after your first year, 2 weeks after 3+ years

- Partial health care insurance reimbursement

Requirements

- Experience: Flatbed experience required (Maxi preferred)

- Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

- Reliability: A professional work ethic and a commitment to safety.

- Must reside in the Treasure Valley or immediate surrounding areas.

- Must be at least 23 years of age and a minimum of 2 years CDL experience to comply with insurance requirements
