Construction Laborer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

You will maintain a safe and clean job site - interior and exterior (sweeping/vacuuming, rubbish removal, gardening & weed removal)

You will Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs as your role will include landscaping/moving rocks

You will get to operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types

You may be asked to Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints.

You may be asked to Dig pits/trenches and back-fill when necessary.

You may be asked to work closely with and learn from specialty crew (Carpenters, Painters, HVAC Mechanic, Landscapers and other trades)

Required:

YOU MUST have one or more years of experience in construction.

YOU MUST be Fluent in ENGLISH

YOU MUST have your own reliable transportation to/from work site in Chatham. NJ (No bus/train)

Base Pay based on experience/skill level, Weekly direct deposit Pay Cycle with Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave)

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

8am Start time with standard 8-hour workdays (No weekends)
