Our client in the transportation and logistics industry is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring, candidate screening, pre-employment testing, and onboarding coordination for field operations. Salary is $45-$52k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECRUITER:

The Recruiter will support high-volume hiring for field service positions across multiple locations

The Recruiter will review applications, screen candidates, and conduct preliminary phone interviews

Coordinate candidate information and next steps with hiring managers

Manage pre-employment testing, track results, and follow up with candidates throughout onboarding

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITER:

Experience with high-volume recruiting or employee onboarding required

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and applicant tracking systems

Salary is $45-$52k, DOE
