Integration Architect / Technical Lead

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Integration Architect / Technical Lead to fill an open position with one of our clients, a leading organization in the financial services industry. This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions that support customer engagement, contact center, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and API-driven architectures, along with the ability to lead technical teams and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Job Description:

Design end-to-end integration architectures using Genesys Cloud CX, GCP, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native technologies.

Lead Genesys Cloud integrations involving APIs, Notifications API, Data Actions, Architect Flows, WebSockets, customer journey orchestration, routing, and reporting capabilities.

Architect secure and scalable GCP solutions leveraging Apigee, Cloud Run, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Scheduler, IAM, and monitoring services.

Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, solution design, development oversight, and production deployment while ensuring alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

The ideal candidate:

7+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.

Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead on large-scale technology initiatives, including mentoring developers, guiding architecture decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX administration, APIs, Notifications API, Data Actions, Architect Flows, WebSocket integrations, and contact center solution architecture.

Hands-on experience architecting solutions within Google Cloud Platform, including Apigee API Gateway, Cloud Run, Bigtable, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud Scheduler, and IAM.

Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), mutual TLS (mTLS), microservices, and event-driven integration patterns.

Experience creating architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and technical documentation using ArchiMate, UML, or similar modeling techniques, along with experience presenting solutions through formal architecture governance and security reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Financial services, AI integrations, DevSecOps, and Genesys Cloud or GCP certifications are preferred.
