Job Title : Telemetry / Alops\n Location : Denver,CO\n \n \n Must-Have Skills\n • Strong telemetry background: SNMP traps & polling, EMS/NMS\n • Solid understanding of technical architecture & data flows\n • Streaming data expertise (Kafka)\n • Proficient in optimized Splunk/ELK queries\n • Experience with Netscout nGeniusOne, including creating and supporting dashboards\n • Ability to onboard new services and verticals to Netscout\n • Exceptional troubleshooting and prior operations experience\n • Ability to translate data into actionable telemetry and alerts\n • Working knowledge of AIOps/MLOps concepts\n • SQL and time-series database experience\n • Python scripting and automation\n \n \n Key Responsibilities\n • Define and evolve telemetry architecture, including SNMP traps/polling, EMS/NMS integration, data models, and end-to-end data flow\n • Build and operate streaming pipelines (Kafka) and time-series data stores, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability\n • Develop optimized Splunk/ELK searches, dashboards, alerts, and correlation logic for real-time insights\n • Lead deep production troubleshooting and partner with Operations/SRE teams for incident resolution and runbook improvements\n • Advance AIOps/MLOps use cases (anomaly detection, noise reduction, auto-remediation) with measurable KPIs\n \n Thanks & Regards\n Michael\n
