Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:

Prepare financial reports and analyses to support branch and bank leadership

Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Coordinate regulatory and insurance-related reporting requirements

Support external audits and regulatory reporting processes

Compile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting

Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:

3+ years of banking, finance, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting experience

Banking industry experience strongly preferred

Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or regulatory reporting

Associate's degree or higher; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
