Press Break Operator Day Shift

Join a manufacturing team in Lancaster operating press brake equipment to produce quality metal parts in a fast-paced environment. Experience Required Schedule 1st shift Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Overtime as needed Pay $23.00 per hour Primary Responsibilities Operate and adjust press brake machines Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Read work orders and measurements Troubleshoot minor production issues Follow safety and maintenance procedures Qualifications Previous press brake operating experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents. Ability to read and understand work orders, blueprints, and measurements. Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable work history and strong attendance record. Basic computer skills for production documentation and data entry. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and meet physical requirements throughout the shift.
