Part-Time Instructor

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and mission-driven instructors to join our Instructor Pool for the upcoming school year! This is a great opportunity for educators who want flexible teaching assignments and the ability to choose from a variety of classes that truly make a difference in students’ lives in Columbus, Ohio.

What You’ll Teach Instructor

Pool members will be eligible to teach across several upcoming courses in 2026-2027 including:

-ESL (English as a Second Language)

-Financial Literacy

Assignments will vary based on school contracts, and you’ll have the flexibility to accept teaching roles that best fit your skills and schedule.

Training & Requirements

All applicants accepted into the Instructor Pool will be required to:

-Complete a 2-day training on our ARISE Life Skills Curriculum

-Successfully pass a background check

-Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a passion for youth development
