Job Description

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Assembly Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh.

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to support operations in a data center environment. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling, installing, and preparing components and equipment according to established procedures and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $22 /H

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 6:30AM - 3:00PM

Requirements:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred.

Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Ability to read and follow basic instructions, diagrams, and measurements.

Good attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be dependable and have good attendance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Safety-toe shoes required.

Responsibilities:

Assemble data center equipment, components, frames, racks, and related hardware.

Follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly specifications.

Use basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Install and secure components using screws, bolts, brackets, and other hardware.

Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality.

Identify damaged or defective components and report issues to a supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
