Sterile Processing Tech Team Lead

Lead daily sterile processing operations while supporting department workflow. Coordinate the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies. Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning before patient use. Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination. Utilize documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards.

Teaching hospital environment with occasional holidays. Floating may be required between various locations. Candidates must have previous permanent staff turnover restrictions. Proper handling and knowledge of specific medical equipment is essential for task completion. Interdisciplinary support is expected within the role. Formal leadership experience is required for consideration. Professional references are necessary for application. Candidates must comply with credentialing processes and timelines.
