Ensure that the department is well prepared and organized in a way that will ensure smooth flow of operations in the paint department.

Merchandising happens in a way that will ensure that stock is available for sale

General administration

Customer service and sales, both instore and telephonically

Staff supervision of the department

Invoicing, Buying and stock control

Service and management of departmental assets

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are up to standard Requirements

Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.

3 years sales experience in Paint / Building supply industry

Computer literate - knowledge of the ''Kerridge'' computer system will be an added advantage

Must be willing to work retail hours
