Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the Classroom Teacher in creating lesson plans and delivering instruction.

Support the Classroom Teacher in managing the classroom, including monitoring student behavior and providing feedback to the Classroom Teacher.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional assistance with coursework or other tasks.

Assist in the supervision of students during classroom activities, transitions, and other times as needed.

Provide feedback to the Classroom Teacher on student progress and behavior.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other information as directed by the Classroom Teacher.

Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Supervising or conducting clubs

Supervision on school trips

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Diploma in Education or related, Bachelors Degree in Education is a requirement for Primary Department but an added advantage for Early Years

Teaching experience is an added advantage

Experience in an international school is an added advantage
